While we do our best ensure your product reaches you, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once your payment has been processed. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.
If you have not been supplied with the correct items as listed on your order, please contact us by email: email@example.com.. We will then ask you to return the incorrect item to us, on receipt of the package we will reimburse your postage costs and send you the correct items immediately.
Inspect the products immediately on delivery. If there are any missing, damaged or faulty items please notify us within 48 hours. Any damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 14 days for replacement.
We strongly advise that any returns should be made by tracked courier to cover the value of the goods.
